Good stuff, easy to order

They have a pretty standard return policy, I think it's 30 days. As long as it's not used, you should be fine. Just check their returns page for the exact details, but I haven't had issues.

Those sitewide deals usually apply to everything unless it specifically says otherwise. I got my FLEX polisher during one of those last year.

Hey, I'm trying to decide between the Koch Chemie Gsf Gentle Snow Foam and something from Griot's Garage. Anyone got experience with both? Is Autopflege's stuff actually better or just different?

I've used both! The Koch Chemie from Autopflege is definitely more concentrated, so you use less. Griot's is good too, but I feel like I get more bang for my buck with the GSF.

Honestly, for snow foam, they're both pretty solid. I'd say it comes down to scent preference and what deals are running. Autopflege often has sales on Koch Chemie though.

Pretty sure they take all the usual credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex) and PayPal. I've always paid with PayPal there.

I'm in Orlando, and it usually takes 3-5 business days for me. Miami might be a day or so quicker since it's a bigger hub, but I wouldn't count on anything under 3 days.

Yeah, a friend in Fort Lauderdale said his last order took about 4 days to get there. They're usually pretty good about getting it out fast, but once it's with the carrier, it's out of their hands.
